CTM's "MobiWeb" is provided under the following terms & conditions:

-The owner of the subscribed GSM number is responsible for all the messages being sent from that number.

-It is strictly prohibited to use this service to transmit any annoying, unlawful, abusive or unsolicited messages of any kind.

-The subscriber has to use this service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws, whether provincial, state, federal, or by international treaty.

-Customers who have not log into their Standard My Mail for 3 months or more will automatically have their free e-mail account terminated without any notice and the deleted items cannot be recovered.

-CTM is not responsible for all the messages being sent through this service.

-CTM shall not be liable to any damage or loss incurred due to the failure or delay of delivering any messages for the subscriber.

-CTM shall not be liable to any damage or loss of any data stored inside this service.

-CTM expressly disclaims any representation, warranty or responsibility in relation to any obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any data stored inside this service and messages delivered through this service.

-CTM shall under no circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or special loss or damage arising out of or caused by mistakes, omissions, interruptions, delays, errors, or defects or otherwise occurring in the course of furnishing this service.

-CTM reserves the right to refuse servicing any GSM number or mobile network.

-These terms and conditions are a material part of CTM "Terms & Conditions for the Provision of GSM Mobile Services".

-CTM reserves the rights to alter and change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

-The Chinese version is for reference only.  In case of dispute, the English version shall prevail over the Chinese.
