Notes :
1. A confirmation SMS will be sent to both postpaid and BEST prepaid customers upon any completion of a reload.
2. The maximum reload value per day is $300 for each postpaid mobile number.
3. The password is the last 4 digits of the postpaid customers' SIM card. If customer entered the wrong password for more than 10 times, the service will be locked immediately and the re-activation will only be resumed on the next day.

| When CTM Mobile Postpaid Customer subscribes the “Shared Reload” Barring Service, the reload functions via handset or Internet will be automatically terminated for reloading all BEST Prepaid Cards. | CTM Mobile Postpaid Customer can subscribe and register for the maximum of 5 BEST Prepaid Card subscribers. Upon the expiry or the balance value drops to $30 of the registered BEST Prepaid Card subscribers, a SMS will be sent to alert the Postpaid customer for further reload action.
